巴米揚石窟西大佛龕佛坐像
阿富汗巴米揚
原位於巴米揚（Bamiyan）石窟西大佛龕龕頂東側壁，已毀損。繪三層佛坐像，每層有五尊，下面二層多已剝落。列像上方有一橫列式華蓋垂飾，為三列坐佛像與龕頂中部菩薩坐像之間的裝飾，完美地將兩處構圖融為一體。坐佛之間繪朵朵蓮蕾。
最上層五尊佛中，二尊戴寶冠，冠頂有薩珊王朝（Sassanid，224～651）帝王冠式的日月裝飾，身佩飾。另三尊佛坐像身著袈裟，偏袒右肩。佛像身後皆有頭光及舉身光，手結印相，結跏趺坐。膝上的衣紋和足下波浪式的衣端，呈現精妙描繪手法，為巴米揚佛畫之特色。以褐線描繪佛身輪廓、朱線描繪眼窩上部的弧線、黑線描繪眼瞳輪廓，此描繪法為西大佛龕壁畫所特有。
