石舍利罐
印度北方邦巴士提畢波羅瓦遺址出土
一九七二年印度北方邦巴士提縣（Basti, Uttar Pradesh）畢波羅瓦遺址（Piprahwa）出土。據稱畢波羅瓦是佛陀時代迦毗羅衛國的釋迦族於佛陀入滅後，建塔供奉佛舍利之處。
此對舍利罐由滑石製成，形式相同，蓋、身相合，圓腹，圈足。蓋頂上有一圓形盤，上托圓形蓋鈕。鈕頂作錐形，亦由圓盤相托。容器珍藏於土塔中，外覆煉瓦，製作精緻。
一八九五年法國考古學家佩普（William C. Peppe）曾於畢波羅瓦一座磚造舍利塔中，挖出另一內裝佛陀遺骨的滑石舍利容器。此作品與其造型及材質極為相似，唯尺寸不同。
