位於山西省長治市長子縣崇慶寺三大士殿。殿內明間設高46公分的方形佛壇，壇壁存有「元豐二年（1079）……製造」題記。殿內佛壇上塑三大士像，所謂「大士」是「摩訶薩埵」的漢譯，意指菩薩。宋代（960～1279）以來觀音信仰在民間流行，之後逐漸發展出以觀音為主尊，配以文殊、普賢二菩薩的組合形式。
三大士均戴寶冠，袒上身，著帔巾，或倚坐，或舒相坐，足踏蓮台。觀音菩薩居中，所乘麒麟挺胸昂首，與文殊、普賢菩薩分列兩側，所乘獅、象伏臥山石台座，形成鮮明對比。
殿內兩側壁塑十八羅漢，每側九尊。五代（907～960）之後，羅漢像因末法思想風潮下流行《法句經》中的駐世羅漢信仰，於是寄望他們讓佛法永傳人間，逐漸獨立；至宋代無論繪畫或雕塑，羅漢圖像創作均趨於極盛，其造型生動，風格特殊。
