此印尼銅製菩薩像，右手執其標識物金剛杵，杵形兩頭削尖沒有分叉。臉形方圓，五官分明。綰高髻，戴寶冠，長髮分綹垂於兩肩直至腋下。頭光三層，內圈鏤空狀似車輪，中間飾聯珠紋，外圍為火焰紋。袒上身，飾項圈和臂釧。胸膛厚實，掛長珠鍊，垂及裙邊。下著及膝短裙，繫腰帶，裙襬做工細膩，呈現出飄動感。身軀重心置於左腳，立於圓形束腰台上，台面淺刻大型仰覆蓮瓣。菩薩體態勻稱，整體造像風格樸拙但不失優雅。
