位於上海市普陀區玉佛寺玉佛樓。為玉佛寺首任方丈慧根法師於清光緒八年（1882）自緬甸恭請。佛面相豐圓，肉髻布滿紺青色螺髮，上鑲三顆珍珠。額頭髮際、袈裟邊緣鑲飾金邊與珠寶，眉間白毫亦以水晶珠寶鑲成。眉如新月，鼻梁挺直，朱唇含笑，雙眼微啟俯視，雙耳垂肩。身披袒右袈裟，右手作降魔觸地印，左手置於腹前，結跏趺坐於蓮座上。
該像玉質純淨剔透，雕琢精緻，臂釧及袈裟飾以翡翠、瑪瑙，裝飾華麗，比例和諧勻稱，為該寺鎮寺之寶。
