此《金剛般若波羅蜜經》卷首圖為木製刻版印製，以二尊像為構圖。一九八六年指定為韓國寶物第877號。
畫面右方為釋迦牟尼佛，身著通肩袈裟，右手舉於胸前，左手置於膝上，稍向右側身坐於蓮花須彌座上。帶圓形頭光和身光，其上有華麗寶蓋及放射狀光芒。右側書「大乘教主千百億化身本師釋迦牟尼佛」。
畫面左方為祖師，身著法衣袈裟，稍向左側身坐於方形台座上，僧鞋置於矮凳上，為典型的高僧影幀造型。帶圓形頭光和身光，其上有寶塔及放射狀光芒。左側書「天下湘山福主寂照普惠祖師無量壽佛」。
佛座前下方為聽聞經法立受證悟之益者須菩提，身形極小。畫面左右為護法金剛與靈烏使者，各有榜題。圖上二隅各有一飛天。整體線條簡明，刀法質樸，是一幅珍貴的版刻變相圖。
