韓國佛經的流傳主要有兩種，一為手抄，另一種是刻版印刷，前者常以金銀泥寫成，通常為委託人祈求個人安康而作；後者以現存海印寺之八萬片木刻高麗大藏經為例，是為避免外來入侵毀壞經典而製，此圖即為其一。約製於十三世紀。一九八二年指定為韓國國寶第206-16號。
作品為東晉（317～420）天竺三藏佛馱跋陀羅譯《大方廣佛華嚴經》卷十五〈金剛幢菩薩十迴向品〉卷首圖，表現菩薩正在聆聽佛陀說法，構圖占滿整個畫面。拓印線條部分不清楚，但仍可看出佛、菩薩、弟子及護法等形象，從人物背景，亦可看出當時的佛畫風格。為韓國高麗印刷史上極其重要作品之一。
