高麗忠肅王(1314-1330、1332-1339在位)時期畫家
生卒年不詳。韓國高麗忠肅王（1314～1330、1332～1339在位）時期畫師。存世作品不多，僅留下作品水月觀音菩薩像一窺其價值，現藏日本京都泉屋博物館，為高麗佛畫的優秀代表作品。
據該圖左側金字題款：「至治三年（1323）癸亥六月□日內班從事／徐九方畫□棟梁道人□六精」。內班從事於高麗王朝及屬於國王近側之職務機構，因徐九方名字冠有內班從事之職稱，故推測為直屬高麗宮廷之畫師。
