為韓國甘露圖代表作之一。係用於盂蘭盆會或水陸法會時懸掛的佛畫。
此圖分為上中下三部分。上方有阿彌陀佛與地藏、觀音兩脇侍菩薩及六尊佛作接引狀，左上繪引路王菩薩持幡回首。畫面中央有供桌，桌上整齊地排列著各類供品；供桌前有祈禱甘露雨的雷神，兩側以雲朵隔開為地獄冥王及其眷屬。下方則是描繪人、餓鬼及地獄眾生生活等情景。
畫面色彩以紅、綠為主，其間搭配黃、白、藍等顏色，整體場面明亮，構圖活潑生動。上方佛、菩薩立像排列成一線，高度齊整，帶綠色頭光，著紅色袈裟，形象高大顯著；其餘四周圍繞人物身軀較小，形態各異。除了地獄場面以外，更加入民間生活的描繪，從畫中可窺知當時的風俗民情。
