韓國佛畫以地藏為題材者大致有地藏獨尊、地藏二尊、地藏三尊、地藏十王圖等形式，現存作品多為高麗（918～1392）、朝鮮（1392～1910）時期所作，尤以高麗時期為多。一九九○年指定為韓國寶物第1048號。
圖中地藏菩薩披帽垂至雙肩，胸前、手腕佩戴瓔珞、腕釧，左手置於膝上，右手雖部分剝落，仍可看出似托舉寶珠之姿。盤屈右足，舒左足而坐。座前左右為道明尊者、無毒鬼王、四天王、梵天、帝釋天、十王、判官使者等侍從。十王多戴遠遊冠，身著圓領袍服，手執笏，以地獄審判官的姿態出現，然無地獄場面的描繪。地藏正前方有一隻金毛獅子，側身蹲坐，回首張口。
整體畫風及技法與宋（960～1279）元（1271～1368）人物畫頗為相近，足見高麗當時受中國畫風影響極深。
