Yeongmyosa Temple: Tile Cap with the Face of a Human

陶人面紋瓦當

韓國慶尚北道慶州市靈廟寺遺址出土

韓國慶尚北道慶州市興輪寺址出土。曾於該遺址發現刻有「靈廟寺」的瓦片,因此被推測為新羅善德女王四年(635)所建靈廟寺之建材。
 瓦當圖案作人面紋,表現新羅女性臉上自然樸實的微笑。雖部分破損,但由背面遺痕得知當時用於屋頂構件,原直徑達14公分,現已殘破剩11.5公分。人面紋瓦當今已成為傳世珍品。
