薰爐，焚香之器皿，為比丘十八物之一，亦為佛前與佛壇之三具足、五具足之一。此薰爐為三國（220～280）至晉（265～420）時期，少數存世的金屬佛教用具。
由爐身、立柱和承盤三部分組成。爐身作直腹，口部一周寬沿，外壁鑄四尊綰高髻、手結禪定印的佛坐像，及三隻昂首禽鳥。爐蓋呈半球形，鏤雕四龍，上有昂首朝天的四鳥，蓋鈕已佚。爐身與蓋以合頁式軸連接，二者開闔自如。承盤侈口圓形平底，底心伏臥一獅，獅背倚立一柱支托承盤與爐身。
此薰爐造型奇特，工藝精美，佛像造型簡潔，輔以堆塑的靈動飛鳥及遊龍，反映了中國早期佛教藝術的風格。
