犍陀羅佛傳浮雕之一。《佛本行集經》卷七：「菩薩正念，從兜率下，託淨飯王第一大妃摩耶夫人右脇住已。是時大妃，於睡眠中，夢見有一六牙白象，其頭朱色，七支拄地，以金裝牙。乘空而下，入於右脇……」，敘述釋迦牟尼佛經過多生累世的修行，從兜率天託胎摩耶夫人而誕生的場景。
圖中摩耶夫人左脇而臥，左手貼枕，右腿微屈，靜臥歇息。牀榻的墊布自然垂下，上飾葡萄卷草紋樣。旁有數位隨侍宮女圍繞，其中牀頭一女侍衛腰間佩刀。圖中間上方有一圓形，其中應原有一象，代表經典所述入胎之六牙白象，惜目前已漫漶不存。
浮雕採白夏瓦（Peshawar）地區犍陀羅所產片岩雕刻，人物和服飾似具羅馬風格。上端有榫頭，推測原是雕造後鑲嵌於建築物的壁上。
