邊款釋文「無我相、無人相、無眾生相、無壽者相」，語出《金剛經》，說明佛陀過去生中行菩薩道時，遠離一切分別與執著，無我法二執。
此佛陀正面造像，以線條勾勒出頭部輪廓及五官，臉龐呈方形，平眉，眼睛細長，雙眸明亮，高直鼻梁穿過眉骨，耳垂圓潤厚實，嘴角微上揚，顯露笑容；造型端莊，充滿慈悲。其肖形印已是融漢代（206 BCE～220）畫像、古肖形印為一爐，自出新意。
