該像戴頭巾，左肩背負大袋子，右手持木槌，雙足分踏成捆的草袋。面相豐圓，張開雙眼，鼻翼寬大，厚唇，面露微笑，耳垂豐大，呈現福態之相，為十四世紀日本大黑天的造型。身穿寬鬆的衣裳，下著褲裙，腿上紮褲管，左腳跨出，右腳在後，顯示輕快的動作。外表黃色幾乎剝落，僅存金泥描繪的寶珠等紋樣。
