菩薩像頭戴蓮花寶冠，寶繒垂肩，面相圓潤，眉細長，雙目俯視，高鼻小嘴，清秀典雅。袒上身，頸佩珠串項飾，絡腋斜披，於胸前打結，帔帛繞肩而下呈「U」形垂披裙前。手腕戴釧環，左手下垂輕拈帛帶，右手屈肘上舉結蓮花印。下著輕柔貼身長裙，立於仰覆蓮台上。
該像造型既有唐代（618～907）少女娉婷婀娜之姿，並具宗教之莊嚴感，雖原敷彩脫落殆盡，但不失整體風采，是不可多得的唐代木雕精品。
