新疆維吾爾自治區和田地區策勒縣達瑪溝鄉出土。此處附近有兩座佛塔遺址，原是一處佛教藝術中心。佛頭形長圓，肉髻圓聳，螺髮密集，額間白毫扁平而大，五官輪廓分明。雙眼及白毫以白銀鑲嵌，眼睛直視前方。雙手置於胸前，結說法印。身披輕薄袒右袈裟，結跏趺坐於方形束腰須彌座上，正面刻有四行梵文題記。
從其材質、風格、整體造型與細部製作來看，具喀什米爾造像特徵，推測是十世紀時通過絲路傳入于闐的遺物。
