位於新疆維吾爾自治區和田市布蓋烏于來克佛寺遺址殿堂內。殿堂殘存1公尺餘高的牆壁，上繪與真人等高的大型佛立像，現僅存佛足及蓮座。
立於佛足旁的女供養人，臉形豐潤，黑髮後梳，大眼高鼻，身著尖領對襟窄袖短上衣，下著百褶長裙，肩披藍邊長大衣，衣著簡樸大方。壁畫以墨線打底，紅色細線勾勒輪廓。女供養人的百褶裙紋用線細勁有力，其穿著是研究古代于闐婦女服飾的珍貴圖像。
