Yunmen Temple Avalokitesvara Pavillion: Thousand-Armed, Thousand-Eyed Avalokitesvara (detail)
雲門寺千手千眼觀音菩薩像

位於湖南省湘潭市湘鄉市雲門寺觀音閣。千手觀音是密教六觀音之一，觀音具足千手千眼的因緣典出《千手千眼觀世音菩薩廣大圓滿無礙大悲心陀羅尼經》。
該像為泥塑木雕混合結構，通體髹金。觀音立於蓮台上，頂戴寶冠，冠上有化佛，面相豐圓，雙目下視，神態端莊。千手掌中各有一眼，其中四雙大手或高捧佛像，或合掌，或持法器，或提巾帶。造型比例勻稱，技法精湛。
