巴基斯坦開伯爾巴圖克瓦省白夏瓦（Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa）塔庫特伊巴希古城（Takht-i-Bahi）出土。此圖刻劃佛陀成道後於鹿野苑為憍陳如等五比丘轉四諦法輪及說種種教法，為常見的佛傳故事題材之一。
圖中佛陀結跏趺坐，右手結觸地印，左手握衣角，面容寧靜祥和，上有菩提樹枝葉蔭覆。佛陀為五比丘說法，台座前刻有象徵佛法的法輪及代表鹿野苑的雙鹿，意味著佛、法、僧三寶具足。五比丘於佛陀兩側列坐，頭微仰，神情專注。上方有執金剛神和諸天，亦圍繞歡喜聽法。
