Wat Sri Chum: Phra Atchana
西昌寺阿恰那佛坐像

位於泰國素可泰古城（Sukhothai）西昌寺（Wat Sri Chum）。阿恰那佛（Atchana）為素可泰時期（1238～1438）的典型佳作，也是泰國最大的坐佛之一。根據大城（Ayutthaya）的文獻記載，納黎宣王（Naresuan，1590～1605在位）行軍期間曾於此紮營，當時佛像發出一聲巨響，眾士兵認為是佛陀予以鼓勵。
此像螺髮工整，肉髻頂端置火焰紋飾，髮際呈弓形。鵝卵形臉，眉如彎月，與鼻準兩側相連，線條優美。雙眼垂視，面露微笑，神態慈祥。著袒右袈裟，平滑貼體，不見一絲衣紋。袍角於胸前摺疊成帶狀，垂至臍間，末端褶紋呈波浪形。肩寬，胸厚，腰細，手腳頎長。右手作觸地印，結跏趺坐，兩膝寬度達11.3公尺，整體氣勢宏偉。
