此像呈現濃厚的尼泊爾式美術風格。菩薩通身飾以成串的珠寶，身形比例修長和諧。左手持嘎巴拉碗，揚起的右手持金剛杵，雙腳左跨右伸，足踏二小鬼，展現出充滿活力的動感。
頭戴寶冠，冠上鑲嵌珠寶並飾以黃金，前額裝飾數排聯珠紋。高髮髻，頂飾紅色寶珠；佩戴同心圓耳環。三目圓睜，張嘴露齒。袒上身，戴項圈和長珠鍊；肩披人頭鬘長垂至股間。腰際繫數串珠鍊飾帶，右大腿上可見一獸面，推測下身原應圍有獸皮。
橢圓形背光的內外緣均飾聯珠紋樣，中間環繞金剛杵。足下小鬼表情誇張，肢體動作鮮明，突顯出菩薩的平靜與祥和。蓮花台座上下邊緣飾以聯珠紋，蓮瓣尖微翹，顯示受到印度波羅王朝（Pala，約8～12世紀）藝術風格的影響。
