位於四川省綿陽市平武縣報恩寺萬佛閣。報恩寺是一座兼具明代（1368～1644）王府建築和寺院建築雙重特徵的寺院，寺坐西朝東，沿中軸線自東而西依次為山門、天王殿、大雄寶殿、萬佛閣。萬佛閣樓上下兩側壁及後壁滿繪壁畫，面積達328平方公尺。明正統十一年（1446）建寺時繪製，無後代修改的痕跡。壁畫內容為禮佛圖，繪有菩薩、天王、金剛、明王、天女、僧人及世俗人物等一百餘身，大都作拱手禮佛狀。人物四周繪雲氣紋樣，更增氣勢恢弘的效果。
壁畫以淡墨或赭色勾出初稿，再用墨筆勾線，最後著色。菩薩、天女的寶冠、瓔珞等細節，兼施瀝粉貼金，更增畫面的輝煌瑰麗。
