水月觀音菩薩像

觀音戴化佛寶冠，冠旁串珠垂飾，束髮披肩，有圓形頭光和大圓光。面相豐圓，唇上蓄髭，目光凝視平穩的水面。右足盤屈，左足垂踏蓮花，半跏坐於岩座上。圖右下方為善財童子，立於水面的蓮瓣上，仰首合掌禮拜觀音。畫面因有剝落，難以辨識周圍景致。菩薩右側岩上置淨瓶，身後呈現水墨描繪的整齊波紋。整個畫面表現《大方廣佛華嚴經》卷六十八〈入法界品〉，善財童子至補陀洛迦山禮拜觀音的內容。
菩薩身披紅色帔帛和透明天衣，瓔珞嚴身，下著長裙，長裙以金泥繪出團花紋樣。紅色帔帛自肩後繞至身前再環繞手臂飄垂座旁，裙襬與垂下岩座的帔帛向右揚起翻轉，表現隨風飄拂的動感。畫工精密，色調雅致，顯示出高麗佛畫之特色。
