Bazhong Rock Carvings Northern Niche 1: Medicine Buddha Triad

位於北龕寺的最西端。為外方內單層檐佛帳龕，內龕寬59公分，高73公分，進深14公分，龕楣上垂幔，懸鈴。兩旁方形龕柱，上飾聯珠紋、廻紋。龕內刻三尊像，主尊為藥師佛，跣足立於仰蓮圓台上，肉髻螺髮，臉龐豐潤，身著雙領下垂式袈裟，左手平抬於胸側，右手持禪杖。有內圓外桃形雙層頭光，內層飾有蓮瓣紋，全身帶舟形身光。
藥師佛兩側脇侍一般是日光、月光菩薩，但此龕是觀音與地藏菩薩。佛左側觀音綰雙髻，中間飾以花朵，臉龐豐圓，雙手於胸前持杯，身著廣袖外衣，下身著長裙，右側裙襬飄揚。右側地藏為比丘形，上身著圓領廣袖外衣，披雲肩，下身著裙，左側裙襬飄起。左手托鉢於腹前，右手放於鉢上。龕內造像經清代（1644～1911）妝彩保存良好。
