四川巴中
位於龕頂。雕四身飛天，分左右兩組，相向飛舞。飛天綰髮髻，飾以寶珠，袒上身，戴項圈、手鐲，下著長裙，腰繫寬帶。飛天於祥雲中或托盤，或散花，或舞動飄帶；身姿或側身彎曲，或挺胸屈腿，展現了靈活身段和曼妙舞姿。
