位於廣東省廣州市六榕寺六祖堂。該像依中國禪宗六祖惠能大師肉身像而鑄。
六祖挑眉斂目，面容蒼瘦，神情靜穆，胸骨嶙峋。結跏趺坐，手結禪定印，宛如進入甚深的禪定。著交領寬袖僧衣，披袈裟，衣緣、袖口及田相紋上飾蓮花及卷草紋，華美精細，衣紋轉折流暢自然。
人體比例準確，造型寫實，表情傳神，如實地展現一代高僧修行入定的神態，為北宋（960～1127）銅造人物邈真像的佳作。
