淨土宗的阿彌陀佛信仰普遍，此像右手作接引狀，正是接引眾生前往西方淨土之表徵。
佛螺髮呈錐狀，肉髻上飾寶珠，額上鐫刻白毫。臉龐圓潤，大耳垂肩，眉目細長，神情慈藹和悅。身軀圓健飽滿，著袒右肩袈裟，上飾卷草紋，袈裟衣紋棱起，流暢寫實。下著長裙，襞褶層次分明，裙襬雕飾花紋。右手垂下掌心向前，左手屈肘平置於胸前，立於仰覆蓮台上。仰蓮瓣以聯珠紋裝飾其輪廓，內刻細密線條，做工精美。
