佛高肉髻，略帶笑容，表情祥和。身著袒右袈裟，紋褶繁密，棱條凸起，尚存印度笈多王朝（約320～550）的秣菟羅（Mathura）造像藝術特徵。右手施無畏印，跣足立於覆蓮台上，下為四足方台。頭光圓形，背光舟形，共分三層，內層外緣飾三圈聯珠紋，中層僅露瓣尖並刻火焰紋，外緣稍作透雕，淺浮雕火焰紋，紋飾略簡化。
