佛像作螺旋紋髮髻，面相豐圓，眉間有白毫，目光微微下視，神情沉靜安詳。身形壯碩圓潤，雙手已損毀，著袒右袈裟，右肩敷搭偏衫，以雙線勾勒衣褶紋理，線條明快優美，下襬刻紋流轉，覆於座前。結跏趺坐於雙重覆蓮式束腰座上，蓮瓣飽滿豐厚。身後為蓮瓣形大背光，外層刻火焰紋，間飾小化佛五尊，內層為卷草紋及多重蓮花紋頭光。
整體造像雍容典雅，刀法細膩成熟，為北齊（550～577）佛教雕刻藝術之佳品。
