傳原出自河北省衡水市武邑縣審坡鎮觀津。二佛高肉髻，面相豐腴，杏形眼微睜，薄唇輕啟，帶有笑意，五官線條細長深刻，神情靜謐莊嚴。雙手作禪定印，身著袒右袈裟，內著僧祇支，結跏趺坐。二像後為一蓮瓣形大背光，頂部線刻華蓋，四足方台陰刻供養人像。
背面線刻一坐佛，手結禪定印，帶有蓮花紋飾的圓形頭光，背光為雙層火焰紋，下方四足方台刻有發願文「延興二年（472）九月五日／觀津縣人□長／生女□／□□□／□□造／多寶一區／上生天上下生人中／所如是故記之」字樣。從「觀津縣人」故可推測此像為今河北省武邑縣觀津一帶的造像。
