水月觀音菩薩像

觀音頭戴化佛寶冠，冠緣延伸彎曲狀似藤蔓，兩側瓔珞、流蘇垂飾，裝飾華麗。雙眼前視，目光集中，作凝視狀。雙手抱膝，側身盤腿舒坐於坡岩上。身著天衣，衣服飾團花紋樣，衣紋疏密有度。帶圓形頭光和背光。其左側岩上置一碗盞，碗內放著插有楊枝的淨瓶。
畫面以岩石及竹子為背景，竹葉向前伸出；下方表現水波拍岸的景象。觀音的形態、服飾及色調等，稍異於典型高麗佛畫的水月觀音像。
