生卒年不詳。元代（1271～1368）雕塑家。據《鎮江府志》記載，丹徒（今江蘇鎮江）趙孟頫碑略云：「皇帝登極之歲五月甲申（1284），命前畫塑白塔寺工劉高往改作寺殿屋壁、佛、菩薩、天龍圖像。」由此可知劉高曾於北京妙應寺白塔雕塑並彩繪佛像，因技藝精巧高超，世祖（1260～1294在位）命其改飾宮殿屋壁和佛像。
武宗（1307～1311在位）下令重修江蘇金山寺般若院時，特令劉高自北京前往修建昭關石塔，為過街塔形制，上部仿妙應寺白塔，下部為雲台。
