生卒年不詳。北宋（960～1127）雕塑家。於開寶四年（971）鑄造河北正定隆興寺千手千眼觀音菩薩像。據隆興寺碑記，該像為北宋太祖（960～976在位）敕造，位於大悲閣，先鑄像後蓋閣，動用三千餘工匠，工程浩大。
千手千眼觀音菩薩像高約22公尺，立於2.2公尺高的石造須彌座上，共計四十二臂，體態纖細挺直，造型富麗，呈現了鄭延勳高超的藝術構思及非凡創作設計之長才，為中國現存年代最早、最大的銅鑄觀音像。
