菩薩戴三瓣式寶冠，繒帶飄落過肩。面頰圓潤，兩眉相連，雙目下視，鼻闊唇豐，安詳含笑，刻劃傳神。戴長串瓔珞寶珠，上身微右傾，立於多層仰瓣蓮台上。左手屈舉於身側，掌心向上；右手下垂，平腕而掌心朝下，姿態自然生動。帛帶環繞腰際，一端搭於左肘自然落於身側，另一端垂過雙膝再繞右腕飄落而下。長裙質地厚重，褶皺簡約，整體造型古樸典雅。
