菩薩敷色彩繪，頭戴三葉寶冠，冠旁寶繒飄落垂肩，面相豐圓，眉清目秀，神態安詳。佩瓔珞，呈交叉狀飾於身前，帔帛繞肘垂於台側。長裙褶紋刻劃疏朗流暢，富有韻律感，立於覆蓮台上。菩薩雙手雖已損毀，但整體製作精細，給人清麗俊美之感。
