菩薩頭戴花冠，曲眉豐頤，雙眼平視，神情和悅。身軀豐圓飽滿，雙肩披帔帛，婉轉斜繞於胸前打結，佩瓔珞、臂釧。下著長裙，衣紋隨體轉折，刻劃細膩。盤左腿，左腳掌佚，左手自然下垂，右腿支起，右臂伸直置於右膝，呈遊戲坐姿，體態自在。
該像表面敷彩多已剝離，但雕琢精緻、刀法嫻熟，顯現出宋代（960～1279）佛教造像典型風格。
