佛眼瞼微垂，額寬鼻挺，眉線與鼻線相連成三叉線，神態端莊溫和，右臂平舉，施無畏印，左手按於膝上，結跏趺坐於須彌座。內著僧祇支，淺刻一圓形八瓣花，外披袈裟，衣褶線條流暢，懸裳覆於座前。座內壁刻有「徐家造」三字，代表唐代（618～907）以降佛像鑄造已有專業工坊，實屬特殊之處。
此像面相方圓，神態端莊，眉目向左右挑起，軀體魁偉，肩寬而圓潤，風格與隋代（581～618）造像不同，但相較於盛唐（712～756）的佛像作品，整個形體又缺乏一種飽滿雄健的外觀，係為初唐（618～712）的新風尚。
