譯名為Gyalse Tenzin Rabgye。生於一六三八年，卒於一六九六年。不丹領袖、藝術家。一六八○至一六九四年統治不丹，任內創建、重建或修葺佛寺不下數十；扶持小型佛學院和弱勢宗派；推廣宗教節慶；促進民族團結；政績卓越，被視為不丹最偉大的統治者之一。
畫作蓮花生傳記圖，為一套十一幅唐卡組畫之一，中央畫觀音菩薩，周圍描繪蓮花生各項事蹟，情節豐富，構圖縝密，色彩鮮明；作品現藏不丹廷布（Thimphu）廷布宗（Thimphu Dzong）。另著有傳記傳世，內容概括當代人物與事件，成為研究不丹歷史和藝術不可或缺之史料。
