篆刻家
原名童暠，字醒盦、心安，號性涵、心龕等。生於一八七四年，卒於一九五五年。篆刻家。上海崇明人。因排行第五，而以「金鼈十二峰，松下第五童子」自稱。幼承家學薰陶，七歲開始治印，研讀六書，所作鐵線篆，以漢為總，旁及浙皖各派，尤其對趙之謙研究較深。是西冷印社首批社員。
擅篆、隸書，間作繪畫，其繪畫雖不多，卻畫理明確。其篆刻刀法精熟，好用切刀，刀法勁健，形式多樣，姿態豐富，刀筆俱佳，布局疏密間時有靈氣，雋永精緻。著有《依古廬篆痕》及《童子雕篆》。佛教篆刻作品華嚴眇（妙）蹟，結體方正，古樸溫厚。
