山西省晉中市平遙縣顯慶寺遺址出土。佛髮髻低平，光素無紋，寬額，面相飽滿，眉目纖長，容貌刻劃概括，表情安詳靜謐。半跏趺坐，圓肩，袈裟線條均衡簡潔，表現出衣著輕薄貼體之感。下裳衣紋以淺雕表現，曲折呈波浪狀，素雅優美，更襯托出佛的端莊寧靜，佛像特意突出石材的整體量感，雕刻手法明顯具有東魏（534～550）民間造像之特徵。
