Chen Julai
陳巨來
篆刻家
原名陳斝，字巨來，以字行；號塙齋、安持，別署安持老人。生於一九○五年，卒於一九八四年。篆刻家。浙江平湖人。刻印初學於陶惕若，後為趙時棡門下弟子。精篆刻，初究程邃、汪關、巴慰祖，後致力於古璽、秦漢印，又攻宋元圓朱文，一生治印不下三萬方。
其作品清秀明快，印文娟美，用刀勁挺而極細膩，尤以元朱文印造詣最著，藝名蜚聲海內外。趙時棡評為「篆書醇雅，刻印渾厚，元朱文為近代第一。」名書畫家張大千、溥儒、吳湖帆等人的用印，多出其手。著有《安持精舍印語》二卷，輯有《古印舉式》兩集等。佛教篆刻作品老棄敦煌，工穩秀美，造詣頗高。
