浙江省金華市萬佛塔出土
一九五六年浙江省金華市萬佛塔出土。菩薩現比丘相，坐於方形台座，底座正面鐫有「府內女弟子吳二娘為三孫十二娘子造地藏一身永充供養」題記。
該像頭形略方，廣額方頤，彎眉細目，雙耳平貼長垂，神情莊嚴。內著僧祇支，束腰帶於腹前打結，外披架裟。右手作蓮花指，左手置膝持珠，右足屈膝盤坐，左足下垂踩蓮。圓環鏤空頭光外飾透雕火焰紋，整體造像線條簡潔大方，為北宋時期（960～1127）南方地區造像的典型作品之一。
