生卒年不詳。韓國高麗時期（918～1392）畫家。高麗忠定王二年（1350），僧玄哲率施主二十餘人發願繪製彌勒下生經變相，由畫匠悔前繪成，其中彌勒三尊像為韓國罕見的倚坐姿勢，色彩和技法則繼承高麗佛畫的傳統，其該畫右下角方格內有悔前金泥題記。此幅畫現藏於日本和歌山伊都五坊寂靜院。
