該像頭戴華美高聳之寶冠，上飾寶花、祥雲、鳥獸等繁雜又細膩的浮雕圖案。臉形方正，鎖眉瞪眼，獅鼻闊口，大耳垂輪，表情威嚴，怒目氣盛。身穿廣袖戰袍，外束裲襠皮鎧，肩繫帔巾，手執寶杵，足蹬戰靴，鎮踏兩個夜叉。天王貌如武將，形象威猛。
