菩薩頭頂十面，分三層排列，高聳如冠。本面豐圓，五官刻劃傳神。身姿略呈三屈式，右手屈肘上舉執柳枝，左手下垂執寶瓶。袒上身，戴頸圈、腕釧，長瓔珞自右肩斜跨左膝部。著長裙，跣足立於仰覆蓮台上，蓮台下方形台座闢鏤空壼門。帔帛飄垂至蓮台外側，具風動感，襯托出菩薩生動的形象。蓮瓣形頭光，透雕忍冬紋圖案。該造像為盛唐時期（712～756）典型的十一面觀音鎏金銅造像。
