刊刻於清順治八年（1651）。繪者不可考，由著名徽派版畫刻工鮑承勛刻版。版心刊記「吳門兜率圜比丘明聞敬刊」。
卷首圖跨四摺頁，表現佛陀說法的場面，佛坐於岩石上的蒲團，弟子、菩薩、護法、神將圍繞。聽法者表情、姿態各異，其中一弟子跪對佛陀聞法。除護法頭光為火焰狀，其他皆呈圓形頭光。近景有巨松、雲靄，遠景為連綿的山峰。
畫面人物安排自然，不似一般說法圖布局對稱工穩，頗有自由發揮的空間。刻工刀法穩健，為蘇州佛經版畫中的精品。
