巴基斯坦古犍陀羅（Gandhara）地區佛教器物。佛教用以焚香器皿，為比丘十八物之一，亦為佛前與佛壇供具之一。此香爐以長柄持於手上，故亦稱長柄香爐。
爐長柄，附蓋，蓋與身相合成圓球形。蓋壁飾覆蓮紋及卷草紋，蓋上設孔作散煙口，頂部有圈形捉手。爐身斂腹，圈足；蓋緣及爐口各飾一周鋸齒紋，爐身飾仰蓮紋。柄身呈圓柱形，柄端漸寬形似寶冠。長柄與爐蓋相扣，便於手持。柄根雕一摩竭魚首。
