緬甸曼德勒省蒲甘發現
緬甸曼德勒省蒲甘（Bagan, Mandalay）出土，但造像帶有驃式（Pyu）的風格，故推測原應造於他處。
此菩薩造像通身敷金，部分已剝落。頭戴巨形寶冠，冠飾極其繁複華麗，上有化佛。臉形略方，寬鼻翼，厚唇；飾耳璫、項圈、臂釧和腕釧。身形纖細，袒上身，腰間繫帶。採遊戲坐姿，右足略抬起，自在地坐於圓形台座上。左手置於左腿，右手則自然下垂擱於右足上。
塑造技法簡繁互用，屬蒲甘王朝（約849〜1287）傳統造型的範式。
