安岳茗山寺石窟第5龕毗盧遮那佛立像
四川安岳
位於正壁。第5龕為圓券形大龕，龕外壁已有崩塌，現寬3.8公尺，高6.4公尺，進深2公尺。龕正中為毗盧遮那佛立像，頭戴花鬘寶冠，冠後垂繒帶，面容豐滿，垂目下視，口鼻小巧，肩部寬厚。身著廣袖垂地袈裟，下身著裙，腹間繫結衣帶，雙手相握於胸前。衣紋處理較為簡練，卻明顯表現出衣著的不同質地，與雕刻精細的寶冠形成對比。龕後壁刻有「佛國□禪□□法輪」的題刻。
